Shipping & Returns Policy
We want your Jenna London experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Here’s what you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns:
Shipping & Delivery
- Order Processing: Orders are fulfilled through Shopify. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Delivery Times: We do our best to deliver on time, but unexpected events (like weather, carrier delays, or supply shortages) may affect delivery. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.
- Multiple Shipments: Sometimes items from your order may arrive in separate packages.
- Risk of Loss: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly and let us know so we can assist where possible.
Inspecting Your Order
- Please check your items as soon as they arrive.
- If you notice any damage, defects, or missing items, let us know within 5 days of delivery. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Jenna London purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make the return process clear and simple. Please read below for our return guidelines.
Return Window
- Standard Returns: You may return unworn items within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you have 14 days to notify us and send it back.
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Return Portal within your return window.
- Complete the requested information to let us know you’d like to make a return.
- Pack your item in its original packaging (including any promotional merchandise, if applicable).
- Include a copy of your original order receipt that includes your order number.
- Ship your item to the address below.

Important Notes
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
- Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Exchanges: At this time, exchanges are processed as returns + new orders.
- Unauthorized Returns: Returns not submitted through our Return Portal cannot be processed and will not be refunded.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@jennalondonofficial.com and process your return through the Return Portal. In these cases, Jenna London will cover the cost of return shipping, and you’ll be refunded the product price plus original shipping fees once your return is received.
